Questions about orders and shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our base in Panama, with national and international coverage.

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchasing?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can help you modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.

Questions about our policies

Do you have an exchange or return policy?

Yes. We accept exchanges within the first 7 calendar days after delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All our models come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage from misuse or drops.

How do I request an invoice?

Just indicate it at the time of purchase or send us an email with your tax information and order number. We'll be happy to generate it for you.
